| Last week, the Westwood Fire Company proudly celebrated one of its rising young members as Junior Firefighter Jordan Moses attended his high school prom, a milestone made even more meaningful by the support of the Westwood fire family.
Moses has been a member of the Westwood Fire Company for nearly two years. During that time, he has shown exceptional dedication to learning the fire service, training closely with senior firefighters, and advancing his education through school‑based fire and EMS coursework. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment have made him a standout among the department’s junior ranks.
Chief McWilliams and Assistant Chief Grossman accompanied Moses, recognizing both his achievements and the bright future ahead of him in the fire and EMS service.
The Westwood Fire Company remains committed to supporting its junior firefighters through mentorship, training, and community engagement. Celebrating milestones like this reflects the department’s belief that the fire service is built not only on emergency response, but on family, tradition, and investing in the future. |
