| Today, Westwood personnel joined thousands of fellow first responders from across the Nation as we participated in the procession for PA State Police Corporal Timothy J. O’Connor, Jr. who died in the Line of Duty on March 8, 2026.
On that fateful evening, our EMS professionals had the honor of caring for Corporal O’Connor as he was transported to Paoli Hospital following injuries he sustained while bravely protecting our community.
As we move forward from this senseless tragedy, we will continue to keep the O’Connor family and our law enforcement colleagues in our thoughts.
We would like to thank the Union Fire Company No. 1 ~ Oxford, PA, West Grove Fire Company, Longwood Fire Company, and Medic 94 - Southern Chester County EMS for providing coverage for our primary district so that our crews who responded to the scene that night could pay their respects to Corporal O’Connor. |
