Friday at 20:22 hours the Westwood Fire Company and mutual aid were dispatched to a structure fire in the 500 block of Buck Run Road in East Fallowfield Township. The caller reported flames from the end of a mobile home and dogs inside.

Engine 44-5 arrived first due and found fire showing from a mobile home. Crews entered the structure to save the dogs that were reported to be inside and extinguished the fire. Fortunately, no injuries were reported at the scene and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
