Our picnic grove area has become a favorite spot for many local organizations and families to hold annual events and gatherings.  We offer a wide array of outdoor amenities with lots of open space.

The current base cost to rent the pavilion is only $300 per day. A seperate, $100.00 security deposit is due at the signing of the rental agreement. Security deposits are returned to the renter within 30 days after their event if all contract terms are met. 

Some additional fees may be imposed for large groups over 100.

The picnic grove features a covered blacktop area with 35 picnic benches, prep tables, a large barbeque pit with racks, a grill, large sinks, running water, enclosed restrooms for both men and women, horseshoe pits, and a large field which can be used for volleyball or other sports.  There is also room to set up portable tents for DJs or additional shelter.

Alcohol Service

• All alcohol on property must be served by Westwood Fire Company staff
• Open bar & Cash bar options available.
• We offer a competitive selection of draft & bottled beer, wine, liquor, and specialty drinks.
• Anyone who consumes alcohol must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. ID is required. 

Bartender Fee: $25/Hour.

Bartender fee paid directly to bartender on night of event.

Larger parties may require additional bartender(s).
