A proud moment for the Scott family this evening - as our newest “official” Firefighter Meghan Scott received her certificates at the Chester County Department of Emergency Services’ Firefighter I graduation ceremony held at the Chester County Public Safety Training Center.

Over the past three months, 14 cadets from Chester, Lancaster, and Delaware Counties have worked diligently to complete 136 hours of both classroom and rigorous hands-on training sessions to earn their certifications.

Firefighter Scott now carries on the legacy set forth by her Grandfather Ronald P. Scott, and her father Randy Scott - both of whom have previously served terms as Fire Chief of our organization.
