On November 15th, 2016 at 1602, Sadsburyville Fire/Rescue and Keystone Valley EMS were dispatched to Sharon Lane and Lincoln Highway in Sadsbury Township for an auto accident. Battalion 31 marked enroute at 1605 and was advised of a two vehicle accident with two patients to be checked. Based on these reports a second ambulance was summoned to the scene dispatching Westwood EMS.

Engine 31-1 arrived at 1608 and went in service with patient assessment and hazard control. No patients were trapped in their vehicles so rescue services were not required. Ambulance 08 and 44 both evaluated a patient and later required transporting them to a local hospital for further evaluation.
